G3 Spade Tech shovel was designed to be ultra-compact and lightweight.

G3 ALPINIST SKINS

G3 Alpinist Skins have a tip attachment that pivots to provide an effective means of fixing the front of a climbing skin to the top of a ski. Prior to this a swaged loop of wire rope was used but with the advent of skis with less pointy tips the loops became less effective. The Alpinist skins fit tightly to the bottom of the ski and the pivots rotate to accommodate the curvature at the tip of most skis. Patented.

G3 SKIN TRIM TOOL

G3 Skin Trim Tool is used to trim skins on the underside of skiis. It has an offset blade that allows the skin
to be positioned and trimmed to reveal the edge of the ski. Before this product was manufactured a
letter opener was used for this task but positioning the skin on the ski to account for the offset often ended
in a lousy job and poorly covered skis with poor traction. The skin tool was developed in collaboration
with Ernest McCrank for G3.
